The RSPCA is appealing for help to find the owner of a singing cockatiel discovered on a park bench in Bolton. Named Peek-a-boo after one of his favourite phrases to squawk, the cockatiel was taken in after being found, uninjured, in Kearsley, though it was soon discovered that this was no ordinary cockatiel as he easily mimicked noises.
